Platform scope

The control plane, control data, and encrypted certificate storage reside in eu-west-3. Unknown routes return 421, and a hostname is never activated without a usable certificate.

The MVP does not promise a CDN, an advanced application WAF, or a contractual SLA. It provides custom-domain infrastructure rather than a complete content-delivery platform.
