DNS and lifecycle
Creating a domain returns the expected records in dns_records. A subdomain receives a CNAME to the edge; an apex receives the stable edge IPv4 A addresses.

Secondary states are misconfigured, failed, suspended, and deleting. A route is published only after certificate validation; unknown domains receive 421.
